Application Support & Installer (a) 100% [Ref: 2754]

• Analysis and resolution of application and data issues
• Ensuring system availability during ongoing operations as well as during on-call duties
• Support in conducting tests, validations, and approvals of new functions before going live
• Coordination between users, specialist departments, support centres, and technical contacts
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT systems in sales outlets, mostly outside regular opening hours
• Carrying out maintenance work, system updates, and technical adjustments on site

• Completed training in the field of computer science (EFZ as an IT specialist or ICT supporter) or comparable qualification with a technical focus
• Willingness to work regularly at varying hours
• High degree of independence, personal responsibility, and willingness to learn
• Strong team and communication skills for close collaboration with specialist departments, support centres, and technical teams
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
