Your new job

• Responsible for the Workplace Services as the central contact person for our customers and act as an interface to the internal specialist departments.
• Identify needs and requirements, assess feasibility with the relevant stakeholders, and ensure economical service delivery.
• Further develop our Workplace Services throughout the entire lifecycle and accompany service introductions, changes, and decommissions.
• Work closely with the specialist departments to develop demand-oriented service offerings, coordinate their implementation, and successfully transition them into operation.
• Ensure compliance with service levels, KPIs, and agreed services, conduct service reviews, and support escalation management in case of service disruptions.
• Identify optimisation and innovation potentials in the workplace environment and drive the continuous improvement of our services.

What you bring with you

• Bring a qualification in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with sound business knowledge.
• Demonstrate several years of experience in IT service management and IT delivery management, ideally in an enterprise environment.
• Apply IT service management frameworks and understand operational processes and service organisations.
• Possess good knowledge of modern workplace solutions such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows client management, collaboration services, or comparable technologies.
• Bring experience in collaborating with various stakeholders and managing complex requirements and dependencies.
• Combine technical and business thinking, paired with a structured, analytical working style and a communicative, customer-oriented personality.

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is in the range of 125,000 to 140,000 Swiss francs per year, depending on your prior knowledge and experience. If competencies are still lacking, it may be somewhat lower. Salary development then depends on your performance and Bedag's financial success. In addition, there are first-class social benefits.
