As part of our growth strategy, we have the following position to fill:

Purchasing & Logistics Employee / 80-100% (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Monitoring the entire goods flow and ensuring material availability.
• Supporting operational purchasing and coordinating delivery dates with partners.
• Independently handling operational purchasing.
• Obtaining and comparing quotations.
• Placing and monitoring orders with suppliers.
• Maintaining and managing supplier relationships.
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely availability of goods.
• Price negotiations and ongoing optimisation of procurement costs.
• Checking order confirmations, deliveries, and invoices.
• Coordinating and processing logistics orders.
• Organising and monitoring transports and deliveries.
• Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
• Data maintenance in the ERP system.
• Supporting the optimisation of purchasing and logistics processes.

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in purchasing and/or logistics
• Professional experience in operational purchasing is an advantage
• Good organisational skills and an independent working style
• Negotiation skills and a strong cost awareness
• Enjoy coordinating various tasks and contacts
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with an ERP system
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• English skills are an advantage
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and team-oriented personality
