To strengthen the team in internal sales/export, we are looking for a committed, strong leadership and service-oriented personality.
Your area of responsibility
- Professional and personnel management of a small team as well as operational and organisational development of internal sales/export
- Ensuring efficient, structured and customer-oriented handling of all national and international orders
- Responsibility for export and customs processing as well as compliance with all country-specific regulations
- Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows in internal sales/export
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces
- Contact person for customers, authorities and logistics partners
- Participation in day-to-day business as well as support of the team with demanding customer concerns
- Monitoring relevant key figures and ensuring a high level of service quality
Your profile
- Commercial basic training as well as further training in sales, export, foreign trade or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales of an internationally active industrial company
- Sound knowledge in export and customs processing
- Initial or several years of leadership experience
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong service orientation, assertiveness as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Enjoyment in further developing processes and actively shaping changes
