About the job
What you can achieve:
Shape the future of our organisation with us
Do you want to act as a strategic sparring partner for managers, actively accompany change, and make a sustainable contribution to the development of our employees, teams, and organisation? Do you see HR as a true business enabler and enjoy operating at the interface between people, organisation, and business? Then we look forward to getting to know you.
As an HR Business Partner, you will support two of our Business Units in Bonaduz and Domat/Ems and work closely with the managers of these areas. You will assist them with all personnel-related matters along the employee lifecycle and contribute to shaping a high-performing, committed, and future-oriented organisation. In doing so, you combine operational excellence with strategic thinking and actively bring your expertise into change processes, talent matters, and organisational development.
Your tasks
- As an HR Business Partner, you support two of our Business Units and are the central contact person for managers in your area of responsibility. Together with the managers, you shape all HR topics along the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through talent development and performance management to succession planning.
- You advise and accompany managers on personnel and organisational issues and support them in labour law and personnel-related topics. You work closely with the HR Services, Talent & Organisation Development, and Payroll departments to ensure professional implementation of all HR-relevant processes.
- Furthermore, you support labour law matters, absence management, and the implementation of HR initiatives. You accompany change processes, promote the development of managers and teams, and actively contribute ideas to continuously improve our HR processes and the employee experience. In addition to supporting your Business Units, you participate in selected HR projects and strategic initiatives.
What you bring:
- You have a solid education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally complemented by further training in HR management. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a matrix organisation or a comparably complex environment.
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and feel at home in both operational and strategic HR topics. You work independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented, maintaining an overview even in a dynamic environment.
- With your open, empathetic, and trustworthy personality, you succeed in building strong relationships with various stakeholders and competently advising managers. You also have an interest in modern HR solutions, process optimisation, and HR digitalisation.
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
What sets you apart
You understand HR as an important success factor for the company and manage to connect the needs of employees, managers, and the organisation. With your pragmatism, consulting competence, and sensitivity for people, you develop sustainable solutions and accompany changes with conviction and tact.
What you can look forward to
You can expect a versatile role with close proximity to the business and great scope for design. You have the opportunity to actively develop managers, teams, and organisations and to shape sustainable changes. You will work in a professional HR team that values collaboration, mutual support, and continuous development. Look forward to exciting projects around talent, leadership, organisation, and culture, attractive employment conditions, as well as diverse opportunities for professional and personal development.
