Sales Support/Technical Clerk Automation (all)

Your Tasks

• Creation and development of tailored offers for building, process and site automation (MSRL/GA, control systems, room automation).
• Review of tender documents (submission documents, specifications, schematics) as well as clarification of technical and commercial interfaces with customers and specialist planners.
• Support of project managers and key account management throughout the entire bid and sales process.
• Independent handling of orders, follow-up of offers and maintenance of master and project data in the ERP/CRM system.
• Participation in the continuous optimisation of internal sales and calculation processes.

What You Bring

• Technical basic training in the fields of electrical installation, automation technician, building technology (HVAC) or system technology.
• Advanced commercial training (e.g. technical sales assistant) or a corresponding degree (HF/FH in system technology, building automation or electrical engineering) or willingness to obtain one.
• Solid practical knowledge in the field of MSRL, building automation or industrial control technology.
• Experience in creating specifications and offers in the Swiss market.
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English or French skills are an advantage.
• Precise, structured way of working, high service awareness and enjoyment of the interface between technology and commerce.
