The Wesley House retirement centre offers 78 residents a homely environment in the heart of lively Kleinbasel. The facility includes residential areas for general as well as psychogeriatric care and nursing, as well as a nursing group for people with dementia. In the immediate vicinity of Wesley House is Clara Park with 44 units for independent living in old age.

The Wesley House retirement centre is part of Bethesda Retirement Centres AG, a network organisation of various retirement centres in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, anchored in an open Christian value culture.
We are looking for someone from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement

Team Leader Residential Area (80 - 100%)

• You lead your residential area with clarity, heart and foresight
• You ensure that our residents are not only well cared for but truly seen and supported
• You create an environment where your team enjoys working and stands up for each other
• You empower your employees to handle demanding care situations
• You are a reliable contact person for relatives and doctors
• You contribute your ideas and actively shape the future of the area

• A qualification as a certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent
• Ideally experience with complex gerontopsychiatric conditions
• Further training in leadership (e.g. leadership, ward management) is an advantage
• You are solution-oriented, a team player and like to get involved
• Empathy, resilience and a good sense for people characterise you
