Tasks
Head of Administration: You lead the administration sub-team in terms of personnel, expertise and organisation. You set priorities, manage resources and ensure reliable work organisation. You also contribute personally in demanding special cases.
Develop services and processes further: Together with your team, you ensure efficient and service-oriented administrative services. You further develop processes and quality standards, thereby creating reliable and contemporary working foundations.
Shape the specialist application inclusio: You are responsible for inclusio from the professional perspective of disability assistance. You gather requirements, prioritise them and represent the department's needs to the involved parties. You manage releases, tests and implementations for the department.
Advance digitalisation and projects: You drive the digitalisation and automation of our processes forward. In doing so, you combine professional, organisational and technical requirements and work closely with project management, organisational development and IT.

Profile
Experience: You bring several years of experience in demanding administrative tasks and processes - ideally combined with leadership responsibility, process development, digitalisation or specialist applications.
Personality: You enjoy leading, communicate clearly and appreciatively and bring together different perspectives. You think in networks, make responsible decisions and combine a desire to shape with a good sense for people and collaboration.
