Clerk Sales Internal MEDIA & AIDC (m/f/d)

100% | Hinwil ZH | On-site presence | Entry by arrangement

What we offer:

Your tasks:

• Technical and commercial customer support in internal sales, occasionally at the customer
• Purchasing, sales and distribution of all MEDIA consumables (labels, thermal transfer ribbons, hot stamping foils, inks, ink cartridges, solvent) including complete order management and processing
• Quotation and order processing for AIDC products: label printers, colour label printers, labelling software and barcode scanners
• Deadline monitoring, order tracking before and after delivery, troubleshooting
• Technical and commercial clarifications with customers and suppliers, including tests
• Presentations and product demonstrations as well as assistance at trade fairs and conferences
• Master data maintenance, correspondence, telephone switchboard, deputising at reception

Your profile:

• Commercial or technical basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in technical internal sales or B2B sales support
• Technical flair – industry experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Confident handling of an ERP system and MS Office, precise working method
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, French and/or English an advantage
• Short commute to our Hinwil site is an advantage
