As part of the zKIS-/EPIC programme, you will actively shape the introduction of a new clinical information system at the University Hospital Zurich. The project is one of the central digitalisation initiatives of the USZ and contributes to standardising clinical processes, improving collaboration, and sustainably supporting the daily work of employees.

Your main tasks
- You take responsibility for achieving the goals of an entire thematic area within the Epic programme
- You coordinate all activities within the team as well as collaboration with other teams and interfaces
- You plan and manage the tasks within your area of responsibility and ensure their implementation
- You actively support your team in daily work, remove obstacles, and promote collaboration
- You lead your team as a "primus inter pares" and influence through example and commitment
- Together with the project management, you ensure that challenges such as resource bottlenecks or absences are resolved
Your profile
- You have professional experience in the hospital environment and/or in Epic and are able to take on professional leadership. This means you are familiar with at least one major hospital process and can also take thematic leadership in this area.
- You have leadership experience or the potential to lead a team and create a structured working environment
- You work independently, take responsibility, and actively support others in finding solutions (coaching approach)
- You are able to manage and accompany complex and demanding project situations in the long term
- You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and move confidently in an interdisciplinary environment
- You are resilient, solution-oriented, and can keep an overview even in dynamic project phases
