HR Business Partner 80%
These are your tasks:
- Advising and supporting managers on personnel and labour law matters
- Supporting employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
- Responsible for the recruitment process together with the managers
- Supporting the identification of development measures, succession planning and talent management for all employee levels
- Performance management
- HR key figures and reporting
This is what you bring:
- Completed further training as an HR specialist
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Communicative, empathetic and resilient personality
- Solution- and service-oriented as well as reliable working style
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
