Can you sell, enjoy making calls and are not fazed by a no? Do you know that good results in sales do not come from luck, but from consistent perseverance?

Then this could be a good fit.

With us, you don’t start with an empty list. We have the leads, you open the doors.

You contact managing directors and other decision-makers from all over Switzerland, conduct initial conversations, identify needs and prepare the appropriate marketing concept together with our team. Afterwards, you arrange the closing appointment with our founder.

And your success pays off: in addition to your fixed salary, you receive a bonus for qualified appointments and also benefit from deals that arise from your conversations.

The goal is clear: From Junior Strategy Consultant Sales to independent Strategy Consultant within twelve months.

What you should bring: at least one year of experience in active telephone new customer acquisition, enjoyment of making calls, Swiss German and the ambition to develop further in sales and online marketing.
