Cluster Specialist (a), 100%

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Peptide Manufacturing, we are looking for a committed Cluster Specialist (a), 100%, for the day shift.

Your tasks:

• Coordination of cross-shift tasks in collaboration with shift supervisors as well as supporting the Production Leader in operational shift planning.
• Supporting production shifts with recurring maintenance and control tasks in the CMMS.
• Assisting in the creation, testing, and optimisation of production documents, MES-MBPRs, and PLS recipes (PCS 7).
• Supporting process risk analyses, HAZOPs, and other safety- and quality-related assessments.
• Preparation, execution, and documentation of equipment cleaning including the associated MES-ESP and PLS recipes.
• Participation in root cause analysis and handling of deviations.
• Ensuring up-to-date SOPs and Work Instructions as well as supporting the training of production staff.
• Functioning as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and representing production in technical, operational, and process-related matters.
• Supporting operations engineers and chemists in optimising equipment, processes, and planning activities.
• Preparing equipment for maintenance, repairs, and revisions including creating LOTO plans and coordinating production personnel during equipment downtimes.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chemical technician or comparable technical education.
• At least five years of professional experience in a chemical production facility, ideally as a shift supervisor or long-standing deputy shift supervisor.
• Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and independent working style.
• High safety awareness and experience handling hazardous substances and chemical production processes.
• Ability to assess risks and derive appropriate safety measures.
• Good knowledge of production equipment and technical understanding in plant construction and process operation.
• Confident GMP understanding and experience complying with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Experience with process control systems, preferably PCS 7, as well as electronic or paperless production documentation.
• Strong communication skills and experience in lateral collaboration with various functions.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of common MS Office and IT applications.
