SAP Real Estate Consultant (m/f/d)

This is what you will achieve in your new role.

• You advise clients from conception to implementation of innovative solutions in the field of commercial property management (CPM) based on SAP RE-FX (including integration into surrounding SAP modules such as SAP PM, SAP FI/CO or adjacent CAFM systems).
• You gather client requirements (through discussions and workshops with the specialist department), create studies and concepts, verify projects for feasibility (Proof of Concept), advise on technological innovations and optimisation opportunities, and implement convincing solutions in close coordination with the SAP CC.
• In cross-business project teams, you take on project management, sub-project management or project collaboration tasks in transformation projects.
• Strategic co-design, familiarisation with new technologies and products, and acquisition activities if required are also part of your diverse responsibilities.
• You continuously contribute to knowledge exchange within the NOVO team and, depending on your expertise and experience, take the lead on a specialist topic.

This is what you ideally bring with you.

• Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics (University/FH), a real estate trustee diploma or a comparable qualification.
• Professional and project experience as an SAP Consultant in Switzerland (internal or external).
• Extensive experience with SAP RE-FX.
• Enjoyment of consulting work, openness to new technologies, willingness to travel throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland, and very good communication skills in German (spoken and written).
