From CRM to a digital ecosystem: This position combines consulting, process optimisation, and Microsoft Cloud technologies. Ideal for a personality who does not simply document requirements but develops modern, automated, and scalable solutions from them.
Responsibilities:
Development of modern CRM strategies based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Consulting companies on the digitalisation of customer-oriented business processes
Analysis of sales, service, and customer journey processes
Translating business challenges into scalable digital solutions
Design and implementation of Dynamics 365 applications
Building automated workflows with Power Automate
Development and configuration of Power Apps for individual business requirements
Use of Microsoft Dataverse as a central data platform
Design of interfaces to ERP, finance, marketing, and other company systems
Support of data migrations and system modernisations
Development of solution architectures for cloud-based CRM landscapes
Conducting workshops for process analysis and solution definition
Support during rollouts, releases, and change processes
Consulting key users and departments
Optimising existing CRM solutions and automating manual processes
Collaboration with developers, project managers, and other technical specialists
Monitoring new Microsoft technologies and transferring relevant innovations into concrete customer solutions
Qualifications:
Experience in consulting around Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, or comparable business applications
Good knowledge of business process analysis and requirements management
Experience with Dynamics 365 and ideally the Microsoft Power Platform
Understanding of CRM processes and customer experience
Technical basic understanding of APIs, data models, and integrations
Interest in cloud technologies and low-code/no-code development
Analytical skills and strong process understanding
Ability to mediate confidently between business and IT
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of customer consulting, workshops, and challenging digitalisation projects
