From the first customer contact to long-term service: modern CRM systems map the entire customer journey. This position offers the opportunity to rethink demanding business processes with Microsoft technologies and sustainably improve digital customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Development of holistic CRM solutions for complex business requirements
Recording and analysing existing customer and sales processes
Designing efficient processes for sales, customer service, and marketing
Consulting departments on digital transformation
Conceptualising Dynamics 365 solution architectures
Implementing functional requirements within the Microsoft Power Platform environment
Automating recurring business processes
Building intelligent workflows and digital approval processes
Planning and accompanying system integrations
Supporting data migrations and data quality projects
Conducting workshops, requirements engineering, and solution design
Further developing existing CRM platforms and identifying new digitalisation potentials
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in CRM, ERP, or business application environments
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platforms
Strong understanding of business processes and digital customer interactions
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
Knowledge in process modelling and requirements engineering
Technical understanding of interfaces and cloud applications
Communicative personality with strong consulting skills
Independent and conceptual working style
Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovative solution approaches
