About the job

We are opening a modern new building for assisted living and care in Lausen (Basel-Land) - a place where residents, guests and staff should feel comfortable. With a total of 40 care rooms, 34 assisted living units and a public restaurant, we offer a diverse gastronomic environment. For this exciting task, we are looking for an experienced and committed specialist who wants to be involved from the very beginning.

Your tasks

• You actively shape everyday life, the activation programme and sociocultural events and carry out the activities
• With joy and commitment, you support and accompany our residents
• You make a creative contribution to festive or themed internal events and excursions
• You participate in seasonal decoration
• Collaboration with external partners as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with all departments in the house are natural for you

Your profile

• Further training as an activation and everyday life design specialist
• Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with elderly people
• Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity are natural for you
• You are an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
