Service Delivery POS Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks You Will Enjoy

Ensuring a stable, secure and efficient operation of the Point-of-Sale (POS) landscape
Responsibility for the IT implementation of new openings, refurbishments and location changes
Planning, coordination and timely commissioning of POS systems and IT services
End-to-end responsibility for POS services as well as management of support, rollout and field service activities
Contact person for internal departments, external service providers and branch teams
Analysis and handling of complex malfunctions, service requests and technical issues
Ensuring compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs)
Participation in IT projects, rollouts and the further development of service delivery processes
Identification and implementation of optimisation measures
Creation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge databases
Professional support and knowledge transfer within the team

Completed studies in (business) computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the IT service delivery environment, ideally in retail or branch operations
Good knowledge of POS and cash register systems, networks and Windows environments
Experience with hardware and software installations
Practical experience with ITIL processes (incident, problem and change management)
ITIL certification is an advantage
Experience in project and/or rollout management
Experience in managing external service providers and service partners
Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and their monitoring
Very good German skills as well as good French skills; English is an advantage
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
High degree of personal responsibility, reliability and assertiveness
Communicative personality with enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and branch teams
