Your tasks

• Ensuring first and second level support
• Management of user accounts and access rights
• Processing and coordination of incidents and disruptions
• Ensuring stable and smooth client operation
• Support and advice for end users on IT matters
• Maintenance and further development of software distribution
• Operation and support of specialised applications
• Participation and support in IT projects and rollouts

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment
• Experience in IT support or a similar role is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation with enjoyment of direct user contact
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented, communicative and reliable personality
• Technical flair and quick comprehension
• Willingness for occasional assignments outside regular working hours
