What to expect

• You will manage our business applications with a focus on finance, billing and logistics processes.
• As the first point of contact for our departments, you support questions regarding system application and handle support requests in 1st level support.
• You analyse errors, malfunctions and user enquiries, document the results and ensure a sustainable solution or forward to the responsible department.
• You maintain and continuously expand the knowledge database as well as training and support documents.
• You actively participate in tests, releases, system adjustments and the introduction of new functions.
• In close cooperation with process owners, power users, application support and external service providers, you ensure smooth operations.
• You actively support the setup and mapping of interfaces between different systems.
• You identify optimisation potential in processes early and contribute corresponding improvement suggestions.
• Together with the team, you drive the digitalisation of our business processes forward and accompany innovative projects in the finance and logistics environment.

What you bring

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, training in forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in invoicing, billing, finance processes or operational logistics.
• Initial experience in application support, helpdesk or IT support is an advantage.
• You have a strong IT affinity and are interested in digital processes and systems.
• Analytical thinking as well as enjoyment in root cause analysis and sustainable error correction characterise you.
• Knowledge of ERP, transport or billing systems is a plus.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in data management as well as with interfaces and integrations.
• You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Independent, structured and careful working methods are natural for you.
• Your pronounced service orientation, teamwork and communication skills convince in everyday work.
