Your professional expertise: You bring several years of professional experience in the areas of strategy development & implementation (business model, sales, channels, IT) and/or the implementation of transformation projects (for example in the topics of operating model, organisation, process excellence, digitalisation, AI, customer experience) in the Swiss banking and financial sector – either on the consulting or industry side.
Your skills: You think both analytically and creatively and focus on finding solutions for all challenges. You enjoy acquiring new projects/clients through your convincing appearance. Fluent English and German skills (French skills desirable) are as natural to you as proficiency with common office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AI models & tools.
Your academic background: Naturally, you also bring broad theoretical knowledge with your completed studies.
