• Drafting judgements in proceedings concerning international mutual assistance in tax matters as well as tax and customs law
• Participating in the instruction of appeal proceedings in these legal areas

What makes you unique

• Completed law degree with very good qualifications, bar admission or doctorate advantageous
• Several years of professional experience, preferably at a court or in a tax administration (possibly in a fiduciary company or a specialised law firm)
• Strong analytical thinking skills, precise linguistic expression, high independence and resilience, ability to accept criticism, team player
• Main and working language French, very good knowledge of at least one other official language as well as good knowledge of English
