About the job

For our four-person construction project management team, we are looking for you as a Project Manager: Shopfitting for our four brands. In your role, you bring new store concepts and designs to the floor and implement exciting renovation and new construction projects on a variety of spaces, from small renovations to complete store concepts. You work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that creative ideas become functional stores for our customers.

Your responsibilities:

• You plan and implement renovations and new constructions for all store brands throughout the entire branch network across Switzerland
• You work closely with internal and external interfaces and accompany negotiations on construction-related matters
• You conduct construction condition inspections, estimate costs and risks, and thereby prepare contract decisions
• You handle all matters with building authorities, offices, and the fire brigade and obtain the necessary permits
• You coordinate meetings internally and with all trades, instruct the companies involved in construction, carry out inspections, and organise defect rectification until the final handover to sales

Our requirements:

• You have training as a draughtsperson, construction technician, or a comparable qualification with relevant further education in construction
• You bring at least 2–3 years of experience as a project manager in shopfitting or interior construction or building construction
• You are confident in using the MS Office suite; CAD skills are a plus
• Your German language skills are fluent and ideally you can also communicate in other national languages
• You work in a structured and independent manner, are strong in communication, have a hands-on mentality, and enjoy working in a team
