My future daily routine
- Receiving and processing fault reports and service requests by phone and in writing in the helpdesk system according to ITIL principles
- Supporting users in various countries in the use of IT systems
- Independent troubleshooting in Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)
- Support and administration of Microsoft 365/Office 365
- Management of print servers
- Support of the Citrix environment
- Device management with Intune/MDM
- Handling IT orders
- Coordination with 3rd level and external partners
What I bring with me
Technical:
- Experience in IT support (workstations, thin clients, mobile devices, Active Directory, M365 environment, printers)
- Knowledge of Citrix and Intune/MDM is an advantage
- Experience with VoIP telephone systems
- Ticket processing according to ITIL principles
- Confident use of modern communication tools such as Microsoft Teams
- Enjoyment in testing and using new technologies
Personal:
- Willingness to change and to advance topics daily, "Can Do" mentality
- Strong team and communication skills
- Willingness to be on call - financially compensated
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
