HR & Payroll Allrounder

Numbers, people, processes – do you love it when everything runs smoothly? Then we have just the right role for you. As an HR & Payroll Allrounder, you are the central hub between payroll accounting and personnel administration, ensuring that employees and managers can rely on you.

These are your tasks:

  • Carrying out the monthly payroll runs for the Swiss workforce
  • Supporting employee discussions, conflict cases and disciplinary matters
  • Calculating deductions, social security contributions and other salary components
  • Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements and internal guidelines
  • Actively shaping recruiting and onboarding processes, from contract creation to the first day of work
  • Point of contact for employees on all salary and personnel matters
  • Participating in HR projects, reporting and occasional finance topics
  • Maintaining personnel files and ensuring clean, up-to-date data
  • Creating evaluations and reports related to payroll accounting
  • Attending HR meetings and training sessions

What we expect from you:

  • HR professional certificate with further training in payroll or social security
  • At least three years of experience in a comparable HR or payroll role, preferably in international structures
  • Broad knowledge in the area of QST, cross-border commuters, A1 etc.
  • Sound knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
  • An eye for accuracy and good organisational skills
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and interaction with various contacts
  • Independent, structured working style even in a dynamic, international environment
  • Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel) as well as common digital tools
  • Fluent German and English are mandatory
  • Willingness to travel
