-Unfortunately, in my view, there are very few positive aspects. Some of the employees who work there are dedicated and try to do their jobs properly despite the difficult circumstances. However, this is due more to the efforts of individual people than to the overall corporate culture. -I found the work atmosphere to be extremely poor, stressful, and at times disrespectful. From my personal observation, employees were repeatedly treated inappropriately by managers, and there was also a lot of gossip. There were situations that I perceived as bullying. I found the authoritarian management style particularly problematic, as it sometimes left little room for open communication or objective criticism. In my opinion, such an atmosphere leads to employees feeling insecure and not taken seriously. In my view, leadership should not be based on pressure and intimidation, but rather on respect, trust, and professional communication. There was little room for open communication or constructive criticism.

My personal experience with the company was, overall, very disappointing. The work environment, management style, and professionalism left me with a very negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the company, and I would think very carefully about whether the company culture there aligns with my own expectations before applying.
