Job description:
- Analysis, structuring and specification of business requirements for digital pension and investment solutions
- Further development of existing digital products and customer journeys
- Development of business and technical solution proposals
- Conducting and moderating workshops with business units, product management and other stakeholders
- Creation and refinement of features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Modelling of business processes, for example with BPMN
- Development and coordination of GUI prototypes together with UX/UI specialists
- Support of implementation in close collaboration with software development and product management
- Quality assurance, testing and business acceptance of new functionalities
- Support in the continuous improvement of products, processes and digital customer experiences
About the customer:
The focus is on the further development of digital pension and investment solutions, especially around topics such as Pillar 3a, vested benefits, securities investments and digital advisory solutions.
You operate at the interface between business, product management, UX/UI and IT and accompany new digital solutions from requirements analysis through specification to testing and business acceptance.
Framework data:
- Location: Zurich area with up to two days home office
- Workload: 100%
- Start: 01.10.2026 or by arrangement
- Duration: 14 months with option for extension
- Employment: Temporary assignment / personnel leasing
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business engineering, business analysis or requirements engineering
- Several years of experience at a bank, insurance company or other financial services provider
- Solid experience with digital investment platforms, pension solutions or digital advisory solutions
- Ideally knowledge in topics such as Pillar 3a, vested benefits, securities investments, investment advisory or wealth management
- Very good knowledge in requirements engineering and the creation of features and user stories
- Solid methodological knowledge, for example in BPMN, story mapping and GUI prototyping
- Experience in agile organisations and product development models
- Experience with SAFe is an advantage
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in collaboration with product management, UX/UI and software development
- German: C2 or near-native
You work in a dynamic and agile environment on digital solutions with direct customer benefit. In doing so, you take on a central role between business, product management, UX/UI and development and can actively contribute your experience in business analysis and digital banking.
The mandate is particularly suitable for experienced business analysts and business engineers who have already worked on digital pension, investment or advisory solutions in the financial sector.
