- Remote and on-site support for customers of various sizes
- Operation and monitoring of customer servers and networks on-site and in the cloud
- Creation and maintenance of operating manuals and technical documentation
- Participation in internal as well as customer-related IT projects on-site
- Several years of experience as a system administrator or IT support specialist
- Sound knowledge of common server and client operating systems such as Windows, Linux and macOS
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
- Solid understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, routing, switching, VLANs and firewalls
- Collaborative working environment with appreciation for ideas and perspectives
- Work with current technologies from Cloud, DevOps, IoT and Big Data
- Participation in exciting international projects

Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing support requests and incident reports- Remote and on-site support for customers of various sizes
- Operation and monitoring of customer servers and networks on-site and in the cloud
- Creation and maintenance of operating manuals and technical documentation
- Participation in internal as well as customer-related IT projects on-site
Profile
- Completed training in information technology or comparable qualification- Several years of experience as a system administrator or IT support specialist
- Sound knowledge of common server and client operating systems such as Windows, Linux and macOS
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
- Solid understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, routing, switching, VLANs and firewalls
