You can contribute in this role

• Collaborate in the operation and continuous improvement of the ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001
• Advise specialist departments and management bodies on security issues, raise awareness among employees about the implementation of technical and organisational security measures, and provide training
• Review documents created according to the Federal Security Procedures for new projects and ongoing applications of the FOPH, assess the adequacy of security measures, and ensure the effectiveness of their implementation
• Maintain, improve, and enforce concepts and directives to strengthen cyber and information security within the office. Assess and support risk analyses and risk treatment measures
• Coordinate and accompany audits, penetration tests, and assessments, and review the implementation of defined improvement measures

What makes you unique

• University degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science with further training and/or certification in information security (CAS/MAS IT-Security, CISM, CISSP, CCSO or equivalent)
• At least five years of professional experience in cyber and information security, ideally with experience in operating an ISMS
• A committed, communicative, assertive, and integral personality who gladly takes responsibility and actively contributes as a team player and doer to the further development of cyber and information security
• Good technical understanding of modern IT architectures and current security concepts, especially in the areas of Cloud Security, IAM, Zero Trust, as well as network and application security. Familiar with frameworks such as ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST, and CIS Controls. Ability to assess technical risks and security requirements and communicate them appropriately to management and specialist departments
• Active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language
