What to expect

• You provide customer & partner support (2nd/3rd level), both written and by phone
• You process orders
• You configure virtualised PBXs, hardware phones, softphones, CTI, etc.
• You perform problem analyses and diagnoses
• You manage the VoIP system (Aareswitch, Freeswitch)
• You handle number porting and answer questions from 1st level support

What you bring with you

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the VoIP field (preferably at an ISP or voice provider)
• You have good knowledge of SIP
• Experience with PBX systems (e.g. wwcom PBX, Mitel, Starface, Asterisk, Yeastar, etc.)
• You hold a 3CX certificate
• You have basic knowledge of Linux, SSH, Wireshark, as well as firewall and network systems
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• You are communicative, customer-oriented and enjoy working in a team
• You work independently, in a structured manner and are analytical
