- Staffing the operations centre (3-shift operation, 24h, 365 days)
- Monitoring and operation of alarm, building management and parking systems
- Receiving and forwarding calls to the on-call station and helpdesk
- Deploying service technicians, security services and emergency organisations
- Recording reports in various software (MS Office, SAP, Planon)
- Badge and key issuance

You describe yourself as a service provider with a technical flair and confident German language skills in spoken and written form. In addition, you bring the following requirements:
- Basic professional training with further education and/or experience in the field of security/guarding service is an advantage
- Impeccable reputation
- Willingness to work irregular hours (shift work with night and weekend shifts)
- Mental resilience in stressful situations
- Good IT user skills
