Deputy Managing Director Concrete Processing (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with regard to the company objectives:

• Co-responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the company
• Deputising for the Managing Director during their absence
• Professional and personnel management of assigned employees and apprentices
• Planning, organising and coordinating projects and site deployments
• Responsibility for professional, timely and economical execution of work
• Support and advice for site managers, engineers and other project partners
• Handling tenders as well as preparing and calculating quotations
• Coordination of personnel, machinery, equipment and materials
• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Further development and optimisation of organisations and processes

Your skills to advance us as well as our customers and employees:

• Completed technical or craft training in the main or subcontracting construction industry
• Further training as site manager, foreman, technician HF or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in concrete processing or a related field
• Sound knowledge in work preparation, calculation, site management and project execution
• Good knowledge of applicable safety, environmental and quality regulations
• Entrepreneurial and economic thinking and acting
• Strong leadership, organisational and decision-making skills
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
• Confident and professional appearance towards customers and business partners
• Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
