As part of a planned succession arrangement, I have been entrusted with the search for a strong leadership personality with a pronounced process understanding, who actively develops cross-departmental collaboration and helps shape the upcoming changes in the company:
RESPONSIBLE FOR Order Control & Logistics (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- You lead and further develop the Supply Chain Management area professionally, personally and organisationally
- You are responsible for the entire end-to-end process and optimise the collaboration between sales, internal sales, purchasing, production, logistics and supply chain management
- You ensure capacity-oriented production planning and are responsible for planning reliability, resource utilisation and high delivery reliability
- You drive the continuous optimisation of processes and establish shopfloor management as well as KPI-based control in the sense of Operational Excellence
- You lead cross-departmental transformation and optimisation projects and actively help shape ERP as well as
- digitalisation initiatives
- You develop a future-oriented value chain together with the adjacent areas and contribute sustainably to the company’s competitiveness
- You have several years of leadership experience in supply chain management of a manufacturing company
- You bring sound knowledge in production planning, process management and the use of ERP systems
- You have experience in lean management, operational excellence and the successful implementation of change and optimisation projects
- You think entrepreneurially, process-oriented and analytically and have a pronounced business understanding
- You convince as a strong leadership, communicative and assertive personality with high initiative and a hands-on mentality
- You have very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
