• Supporting the department management with administrative, organisational and conceptual tasks
• Meeting and appointment management
• Handling political matters
• Assisting in the preparation and updating of documents
• Independent processing of recurring official business

Your Profile

• Training in the commercial field and further education as an executive assistant with a federal diploma
• Proactive, structured and independent working style
• Enjoyment of service-oriented tasks in a political environment
• Desire to achieve the best results for the department and office as part of a team
• Affinity for digitalisation and good IT application skills in MS Office
