ZurichYour Tasks
- You accompany and support the young people within the framework of the key person system.
- You develop needs-based daily structures, sporting activities and leisure offers for and with the young people to promote their personal development, social interaction and integration.
- You actively shape the living environment taking into account the needs and cultural backgrounds of the young people and support them actively with everyday tasks such as hygiene, shopping, cooking and household management.
- You manage economic social assistance in cooperation with the administration team according to legal requirements.
- You are responsible for case-related documentation according to the guidelines of the Minor and Young Adult sector.
- We work according to trauma-pedagogical principles and the concept of the "Safe Place".
Your Profile
- Completed studies (or near completion) in Social Pedagogy (HF) or Social Work (FH)
- Diplomas from abroad must already have been submitted to the SBFI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation) and a "measure" must be in place or started
- Alternatively, a university degree recognised as equivalent in Switzerland in Clinical Curative Education, Educational Science, Social or Cultural Anthropology, Popular Cultures or Psychology and corresponding work experience in cooperation with children and young people
- Interest in the topic of youth / adolescence and the migration sector
- Reliability and flexibility, perseverance and patience
- Intercultural competence, empathy, sensitivity and a professional understanding of relationship work
- Good German skills and good IT user skills (e.g. MS Office)
- You appreciate the advantages of irregular working hours in shift work

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 120,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. In addition, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
