To expand our activities in the Swiss healthcare and social services sector, we are looking for a committed, sales-strong and strategically minded individual as Key Account & Sales Manager (m/f/d). In this hybrid role, you combine sustainable customer management with active sales and develop long-term partnerships in the healthcare and social sector.

Your roles at x-tention.

• Support and strategic expansion of existing customers in healthcare and social services
• Building long-term partnerships with decision-makers
• Analysing customer needs and developing individual solution approaches
• Conducting annual meetings, contract negotiations and offer presentations
• Identifying and acquiring new customers and market potentials in Switzerland
• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Building a sustainable network in the healthcare and social sector
• Participating in trade fairs, congresses and industry events
• Preparing offers, calculations and tenders
• Close cooperation with management, project management and specialist departments
• Market and competitor monitoring
• Reporting to sales management

These skills you should bring.

• Several years of experience in sales, ideally of IT or digitalisation solutions
• Industry knowledge in the Swiss healthcare sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high initiative
• Confident appearance at management level
• German language skills C1, French language skills desirable
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
