Emeda is a mobile group practice providing care to patients in residential and nursing homes. Our goal is to simplify the medical care of residents. 

Impact

In this newly created key position, you will actively shape the growth of Emeda. You will support our clients - residential and nursing homes - from onboarding through to long-term customer retention, ensuring successful collaboration as the central point of contact.

Main Responsibilities

• In this role, you will guide our new clients through the entire onboarding process until the successful integration of the service.
• As the central point of contact, you will maintain and sustainably develop the collaboration with partner institutions through regular communication.
• You will work closely with home management, nursing staff, and the Emeda medical team to ensure a high-quality service.
• By clearly communicating our processes and providing targeted support with organisational matters, you will ensure optimal information flow.

Your Skills and Talents

• Business administration training/continuing education, ideally with additional medical/nursing training.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare sector; organisational knowledge in the context of residential and nursing facilities, home care, or medical practices is an advantage.
• Above-average organisational skills.
• Confident and customer-oriented thinking, acting, and appearance.
• Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with nursing and management staff.
• Willingness to conduct regular client visits in the supported cantons.
