As a Logistics Systems Engineer, you play a key role at the heart of the operations of the Avenches Production Centre. Your mission: to ensure the performance and evolution of the systems that orchestrate every day the logistical flows enabling us to supply our customers worldwide.

Beyond the technical aspect, you work closely with field teams, central experts, suppliers and partners to transform operational challenges into concrete and sustainable solutions.

How will you make an impact as a Logistics Systems Engineer?

• Ensure the availability, stability and performance of the logistics systems that control the site’s automated flows and guarantee their visibility through reporting creation.
• Be the local reference for WMS, WCS solutions and associated applications, while ensuring their continuous development.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects for the modernisation, migration and transformation of logistics systems.
• Share knowledge, document solutions and contribute to the development of the team’s collective expertise.

What will make you successful

• Higher education in industrial computing, systems engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or industrial systems.
• Good command of databases (mySQL, SSMS), data flows (ETL, ELT) and integration platforms (IBM AppConnect).
• Ability to analyse complex situations, take initiative and manage actions through to resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English.
