QA Engineering Manager (m/f/d), 100%
To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed QA Engineering Manager (m/f/d), 100%.
Your tasks:
- Maintaining GMP status and controlling requalification and maintenance activities including change control and deviation procedures, taking into account the lifecycle of existing facilities
- Participation in (project-specific) qualification and validation activities
- Creation, review, and approval of overarching qualification and validation documents
- Creation, review, and approval of other GMP-relevant documentation (e.g. SOPs, logbooks)
- Support in the preparation, supervision, and follow-up of regulatory inspections or internal customer audits
- Analysing existing processes, identifying optimisation potential, and accompanying the implementation of improvements
Your profile:
You embody team spirit, independence, and a sense of responsibility and demonstrate an excellent understanding of quality. Additionally, you convince us with the following points:
- University degree with a Master’s (in engineering sciences, chemistry, process engineering, pharmacy, or a comparable field) or proven several years of experience in the field
- Several years of professional experience in a cGMP-regulated environment
- Several years of solid experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
- Very good knowledge in commissioning & qualification
- Very good GMP knowledge, especially GMP rules of Switzerland, EU, and USA
- Structured, reliable, and precise working style
- Solution-oriented, resilient, and communicative personality with a strong service mentality
- Very good oral and written expression in German is a prerequisite, solid English skills (C1)
- Specific professional experience and solid knowledge in cleaning validation and/or computer system validation (CSV)
- Confidence in handling process and document management software such as SAP, Master Control, or comparable quality management systems
- We are looking for experienced experts who want to contribute and further develop their competence
