To further expand and strengthen the real estate division, we are looking for a position at our Zurich location:

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ANALYST (M / F) 80 - 100 %

In this versatile role, you will work closely with the Head of Real Estate and take on a central role at the interface of real estate strategy, investment, and transactions. You will analyse investment opportunities, develop decision-making bases, and support selected transaction processes. This will give you a comprehensive insight into the strategic development of our real estate portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

• Further development of our real estate and acquisition strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Real Estate and the Transaction Manager
• Screening and assessment of potential investment opportunities regarding profitability, risk, and strategic suitability
• Market and location analyses, especially on comparable rents, yield indicators, comparable transactions, and other relevant market data
• Monitoring market and competitive developments and deriving relevant insights for investment and portfolio strategy
• Financial modelling as well as profitability, scenario, and sensitivity analyses
• Real estate valuations and analysis of due diligence results
• Preparation of investment proposals and decision-making bases for the responsible committees
• Coordination of data rooms and support of selected transaction processes
• Further development of processes, data structures, and tools in the area of investment management of real estate assets

Your Profile

• Completed studies (e.g. business administration, real estate economics, business law, or comparable fields)
• Several years of experience in real estate transactions, management and analysis, real estate consulting, or a comparable environment in Switzerland
• Experience in project management
• Strong interest in real estate investments and a good understanding of economic contexts
• Good communication skills in German, knowledge of French is an advantage
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as a strong affinity for numbers
• Very good knowledge of common IT applications (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Committed, independent and structured working style, sense of responsibility, reliability, team spirit, and high willingness to learn
