The role includes handling support requests, communicating with customers, and working with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure.
- Providing 1st-level support for the company’s customers
- Communication and coordination with customers regarding IT issues
- Processing support tasks according to defined processes
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of common IT systems and applications
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Service-oriented, independent and structured working style

Responsibilities

Profile
- Training in the IT field or equivalent qualification required- Experience in IT support or helpdesk environment is an advantage
