IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as an IT administrator? In this role, you take responsibility for the administration and operation of IT systems. You are responsible for the security, maintenance, and further development of the systems to ensure smooth operation. As a professional, you already bring experience in the IT field and are ready to apply your skills to master complex tasks. You are an important part of the IT team and contribute to keeping the IT infrastructure up to date.
Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for IT concerns and handle support cases
In this role, you manage user accounts, workstations, devices, network, and point-of-sale systems
As an IT system administrator, you support the operation and further development of our business applications
You manage roles and permissions and support technical onboarding and offboarding
In this role, you help improve interfaces, master data, and digital processes
You coordinate external IT service providers and consistently follow up on tickets and open issues
Qualifications:
- You have completed training or further education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field and bring 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- You have practical experience in IT support, user administration, and handling workstations, devices, and networks
- You are familiar with Microsoft 365 and ideally have already worked with ERP, point-of-sale, or other business systems
- You independently investigate problems, work in a structured manner, and document solutions comprehensibly
- You explain technical topics clearly, approach employees in a service-oriented manner, and want to develop professionally towards IT management
