BSB Micrography specialises in the processing and archiving of documents and data. Various digital methods are used alongside diverse indexing techniques. BSB Micrography provides adapted workplaces for people with disabilities, enabling them to earn a significant part of their livelihood.

In this versatile role, you combine training, organisation, and customer contact: You lead the learning workshop of Micrography, plan vocational measures, support new entrants in learning the necessary skills (scanner and software operation), and continuously develop the learning offerings. As the direct supervisor, you lead and promote a team of employees with and without disability pensions as well as clients of vocational integration. At the same time, you are responsible for the reception of Micrography and handle small orders from consultation through to quotation and invoicing.

• Completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in a technical or commercial field, supplemented by social pedagogical or agogic further education
• Experience in vocational integration or in supporting people with special needs
• Responsible, resilient personality with a structured and independent working style
