Microsoft Systems Administrator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support of 1st and 2nd level support for business applications and the entire IT infrastructure
Administration of Active Directory, group policies, user environments as well as backup and restore processes
Installation, configuration and maintenance of clients, mobile devices, servers, peripherals and network components
Processing and coordination of IT tickets, support of 3rd level support and monitoring of system availability
Maintenance of hardware and software inventories, technical documentation, instructions and checklists
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or technical training with further education in the field of IT
Solid experience in system administration, IT support and infrastructure
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Exchange, Windows Server and VMware
Experience with Active Directory and software distribution as well as strong technical understanding
Fluent German skills as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
