Your tasks
In this versatile role, you take on a central role in the further development of our organisation. You combine quality management and knowledge management and support process development. In doing so, you work closely with our specialist departments as well as the management.
Quality Management
- You are responsible for the further development of our internal control system (ICS), ensure its effectiveness, and coordinate the successful execution of the annual ISAE-3402 audit (Type 2).
- You develop and maintain the relevant ICS fundamentals, standards, and evidence and create meaningful reports for management and the board of directors.
- You define and monitor quality indicators, establish a professional complaints management system, and derive targeted improvement measures to increase quality and efficiency.
Knowledge Management
- You further develop our internal knowledge management and establish modern, sustainable learning and training concepts.
- You plan, coordinate, and optimise all training sessions and ensure a smooth process.
- You support specialists in creating training materials, evaluate feedback, and drive the introduction of a digital knowledge platform.
Support Process Management
- You support the process manager in the further development, documentation, and optimisation of processes.
Your profile
- (Technical) university degree in business administration, business law, insurance/pension provision, or a related field – or a commercial basic education with corresponding further training (e.g. federal specialist certificate)
- Professional experience in occupational pension provision
- Experience in setting up and operating an internal control system and certification according to ISAE 3402 as well as in quality management
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent working style
- Enjoyment in imparting knowledge and developing people
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and assertiveness
- Very good German skills and French skills are an advantage
