You can contribute in this role

• Represent the head of staff in professional, personnel, organisational and strategic matters
• Together with the head of staff, undertake planning and control tasks of the directorate area and lead financial controlling
• Coordinate parliamentary business, oversee their content, deadlines and processing status, and continuously inform the directorate management
• Ensure procurement and contract management, handle procurements and subsidies economically and in compliance with the law, and advise contract managers on procurement law matters
• Support and relieve the management team in business management tasks and issues, and participate in cross-departmental tasks and business of the staff

What makes you unique

• Degree from a university of applied sciences or higher technical school, preferably in business administration or a comparable field; knowledge and experience in public procurement advantageous
• Strong ability for business, analytical and networked thinking and acting
• Great interest in political processes and health policy issues; experience with political or parliamentary business advantageous
• High personal responsibility, reliability and willingness to cooperate as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, as well as SAP knowledge advantageous; active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third official language advantageous
