What you achieve

  • Guide, support and develop employees – and be a role model for them
  • You pay special attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread and fight food waste with clever ordering planning
  • Order goods on time and in exactly the right quantity
  • Skillfully plan tasks according to the weekly schedule and thus ensure efficient processes in your store
  • Do everything to ensure the numbers are right – in sales, personnel costs and inventory

What you bring

  • Education: Completed vocational training (EBA)
  • Specialisation: ideally in retail (food) or a related profession
  • Work experience: Three or more years of professional and leadership experience in retail as a specialist, area or department manager
  • Enjoy fresh products and ideally already have professional experience with them
  • Skill in planning and organising tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures
  • Physically fit, some crates weigh up to 10 kilos
  • Familiar with PC, tablet and smartphone – and quickly adapt to other digital tools (e.g. for inventory management)
  • German (B1)
