About the job

Take responsibility for three teams and actively shape payment transactions. We are looking for you: a leadership personality with an overview, strategic thinking and fresh ideas. Move forward - with the bank that has been putting people at the centre since 1958 with 1,800 employees.

What you will achieve

• You lead the payment transactions area both professionally and personally and ensure a smooth, high-quality service for internal and external customers to achieve the overall bank goals.
• You continuously optimise workflows in payment transactions, increase your team’s performance and take responsibility for the internal control system (ICS) in your area.
• You are the central contact person for the management board on all matters relating to payment transactions and represent the bank in external committees.
• You optimise control metrics, monitor market-driven as well as regulatory changes and implement these independently or in close coordination with the operational managers.
• You actively contribute your expertise, identify far-reaching automation potentials and represent payment transactions in bank-wide projects to support strategic goals.

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: Banking
• Professional experience: Several years of leadership experience over at least two management levels in payment transactions
• You have several years of professional experience in banking with a focus on payment transactions, as well as in-depth knowledge of the relevant processes and procedures
• High methodological competence in problem-solving and task structuring as well as experience in leading or participating in larger change management projects.
• Over 4 years of leadership experience over at least two management levels, and your leadership and communication strengths complete your profile.
