For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, reliable, and independent personality as

ICT Supporter (a) 100% [Ref:2113]

• Processing and coordinating IT support requests via telephone, e-mail, and ticket system
• Identifying and resolving technical faults in hardware and software in 1st-level support
• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT workstations as well as external devices
• Advising and supporting users in the use of Windows, Microsoft 365, and other IT applications
• Analysing, prioritising, and forwarding more complex support cases
• Recording and documenting support requests and their solutions in the ticket system

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in IT support or service desk environment
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and handling common hardware and software
• Experience in analysing and resolving technical faults
• Knowledge of ticket systems is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as pronounced customer orientation
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
