We are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality for our mandate in Chur.Technical Building Custodian
What you can achieve with us.
In this versatile role, you will take on the following tasks:
- Maintenance work in the HVACSE area
- Repairs on HVACSE systems and equipment
- You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding the maintenance and care of building technical systems
- Coordination of various service provisions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analysis and troubleshooting, ensuring system availability
- Support with general building maintenance tasks
- On-call duty
What defines you.
You are a service provider by conviction. Positive feedback motivates you and drives you to further top performances. You bring the following qualifications:
- Technical basic training in the HVACSE field
- Professional experience with HVACSE systems and maintenance
- Good IT user skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
- Enjoyment in interacting with various customers/suppliers
- Independent working style and organisation
- Possession of a valid driving licence category B
- Willingness for on-call duty
